I am very pleased to see that my weight is continuing to move in the right direction. I have to attribute most of this week’s gain to emergency dental surgery that kept my calorie consumption really low for several days, which was good enough for a nice loss even though I could hardly exercise all week.

I’m feeling better now and I need to get back on the exercise plan quickly, hopefully adding a little weight lifting this week to help pick up the pace. Just 7 more pounds for my first weight goal!
