		<description>Dude, you can&#039;t really judge .4 on a scale as a gain.  I bet if you weighed yourself at different times in the day you would get different weights!  For me, I know my weight fluctuates by a few pounds plus or minus.  Keep up the work!  Like personal finance it&#039;s a slow race to the finish not a quick sprint!</description>
