I had a small setback this week, gaining 0.4 pounds. I blame the Super Bowl! I planned to eat whatever I wanted on Super Sunday, and that is what I did, but I had also planned to make up for it with extra exercise, and that is not what I did. Oh well, one more week lost, but I will try to make up for it this week.

*Note about this weight loss chart. When I started this blog I weighed 266 pounds and I was only tracking my pounds lost each week. On November 28, 2007 I started using a new scale that tracks body fat and more (the numbers you see above).
