Sure, this weekly weight loss report is one week late, but I thought I should go ahead and post it for the sake of consistency. I actually did weigh in last week, I just didn’t get around to posting the results. I don’t know what to say about it except that I’m getting burned out and going backwards with my weight now so I haven’t been very motivated to keep up with it lately. Hopefully the next report will be better!
Current weight: 248.2 pounds

*Note about this weight loss chart. When I started this blog I weighed 266 pounds and I was only tracking my pounds lost each week. On November 28, 2007 I started using a new scale that tracks body fat and more (the numbers you see above). I report the figures from that scale in these weekly posts and I still track my total pounds lost in the Weight Loss Goals section in the sidebar on my site.

Eden, Where have you been????? I’ve been worried about you?
Keep your chin up. Obviously, you have a life. If you want to see huge, gigantic numbers, you have to have that gazelle intensity focus on your fitness and nutrition.
I really, really think you should consider speaking to a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Many of them will give you a free consultation. You may find that you can fit one or the other into your budget.
Finally, what about the wedding? Don’t you want to look super fly?
