		<description>Eden,  I agree with MMJ.  You might like to try a 5K run first.  I&#039;ve run 2 10Ks and a host of 5ks.  It&#039;s much easier to prepare mentally for the 5K.

Good luck.  Once you run your first race, you may just be hooked!

		<description>Sounds like a great plan.  I would go for a 5k first, esp if you decide to do it after the 10 week plan.  You should be able to complete 3 miles(5k) within 40 minutes, depending on where you are at.</description>
