		<description>I of the reasons I am one of your reasons is that I am dieting myself.  I have gone from 326 to 252 since April.  I know about how the weekly weigh in can make you crazy.  In December I hardly lost any weight but lost 8 pounds of fat and gained muscle weight.  I am going to a medically supervised weight management place for lots of money but think it is well spent at this time.  I am constantly depressed about how ling this is taking me also so I do understand.  My goal is 165 pounds so I have miles to go before I sleep</description>
