		<description>I think the key is to write it down and plan a specific time for it. I didn&#039;t have ANY luck, either with a budget or with an exercise program, until I put everything in writing.

I now do yoga nearly every day. Once I wrote it down as a specific goal and decided in advance the time of day that would be best for establishing it as a regular habit, it was relatively easy. I only had to re-set my alarm so that I would awaken 30 minutes earlier, and then I got started.

Remember that it takes time to establish a habit. And you may wish to re-read the post on zen habits about exercise:

I think there is a bit of truth to that though, I know the weight workouts I did probably slowed me down a bit. I definitely agree with the consistency plan and hopefully I will successfully get that rolling starting tomorrow morning.</description>

I&#039;m kind of guessing a bit here but if you are having good days and bad days then maybe you are going too hard on the good days?

If you try to do too much then it&#039;s hard to keep it up - maybe try to do more &quot;average&quot; days and be consistent.
