February 2009 Fat Update

At the end of February I weighed 265.4 pounds. That’s a gain of 2.6 pounds for the month, an increase of .97%.
I didn’t do as well as I did in January with keeping my diet under control, but more importantly I only exercised about two times. Obviously, that isn’t going to cut it.

Credit Card Debt Update, February 2009

As of the end of February 2009, my total credit card debt is down to $8,969.87. This means I have paid a total of $16,589.95 from the time I started this blog with $25,559.82 in credit card debt.
My pay-off pace has slowed a bit lately, but I expect to be making a rather large payment [...]
